Coaching Opportunities

Are you interested in coaching? We have opporutnities for all levels of experience and time committments.

 

Nebraska Elite Volleyball is seeking qualified and motivated applicants for the position of Volleyball Coach. We have several different coaching opportunities available ranging from entry level to highly experienced. Pay commensurate with experience and position.

Minimum Qualifications: Must complete USA Safe Sport and achieve USA Volleyball Impact Certification within first month of employment.

Opportunities Available Include:

  • Head Coach National Level Team
  • Head Coach Regional Level Team
  • Assistant Coach National Level Team
  • Assistant Coach Regional Level Team
  • Youth Development Coaches

Job Duties include developing practice plans, coaching athletes, representing Nebraska Elite positively and professionally, communicating with parents, and coaching teams in a competitive environment.

National Level Club: Travel, multiple nights of practice, both head and assistant coaching positions, several local tournaments, National Qualifiers, and National Championships.


Regional Level Club: Limited travel locally, multiple nights of practice led by a Nebraska Elite Master Coach (opportunity for mentorship), and a shorter schedule.

 
Youth Development/Camps/Specialty Training: No travel, opportunities to learn skill development techniques, as few as 1-5 hours per week as desired by coach.


All Coaching Positions are Paid! Pay will vary by program and experience!

We try to staff programs appropriately based on ability, experience, and passion. We work with coaches with limited volleyball knowledge who would love to get involved! We also welcome coaches from other clubs, high schools, and colleges that are interested in learning more about coaching for Nebraska Elite.

We strive to place coaches in the appropriate programs to help coaches develop to the level they desire.
